Upcoming Programs & Events
Bible Study
9:30 – 10:30 am | Sundays | Room S133
Sunday mornings are dedicated to diving into Scripture and helping students Know Jesus personally. Middle and high school students will meet together as a large group to begin the morning and a lesson will be presented by a member of the Student Life team or a Bible Study leader. Following the lesson, middle school and high school groups will divide up to discuss the lesson and Scripture among their peers.
MIDDLE SCHOOL RETREAT
December 13th-15th at Camp Lighthouse
6th, 7th and 8th grade students can join us for a retreat designed just for middle schoolers! We will spend the weekend in Talking Rock, GA having fun and growing closer to our small groups. The Student Life Staff and Interns have planned a great weekend of activities to bond as a small group and to learn more about their faith as we walk through John 15. It is a weekend they won't want to miss!
Small Groups
5-6:30 PM | Sundays | Underground & various classrooms
Small Groups are the backbone of our ministry and the place where students come to Be known, Know Jesus and Know themselves. Any student in grades 6th-12th is invited to experience our fun Mount Pisgah Christian community! The small groups are divided by grade and gender. Small groups meet during the school year and will launch on August 18th! Please email the Student Life Administrative Pastor Nicole Torres at ntorres@mountpisgah.org if you have any questions!
WINTER WEEKEND
February 14-17, 2025
Join us for a Student Life Retreat for all high school and middle school students. We will be heading out for a weekend filled with worship, Scripture, service and more! We'll leave Friday afternoon about 6 pm and return Monday afternoon.
CONFIRMATION
In this eight week exploration of faith, students are guided through some of the major questions that come up for us in our faith journeys. Student Life Staff and wise faith leaders within the church will walk students through big questions like who is God? Why is there evil? And what does salvation look like?
Confirmation runs from Jan 12-March 30 with a concurrent Parents' class, culminating in confirmation Sunday with a chance for baptism. Students 6th-12th Grade are eligible to attend.
COST: $65 per student
The House
5:00 – 7:30 pm | Wednesdays | Underground
Students of all ages gather together for an evening of fun and fellowship, mixed in with worship and a message or teaching. The night begins with pizza available at 5:15 PM ($1/slice) and continues with an ice-breaker game or two, followed by worship with our student band and worship leaders. After worship, a short message or teaching is given by one of our Student Pastors or a member of the Student Speaking Team. Please know we will open the Underground up early at 5 PM for any students to study, socialize and relax! The evening wraps up with a choice of a large group game, art activity, or homework/hang-out time. Please know pick-up time is at 7:30 PM.
