A Beacon of Hope is looking for an RN, PA or a NP to fill our Medical Patient Services Director role. Our Johns Creek clinic will be the main location for this role but this employee will also oversee the medical services at our Decatur clinic and at times will work at the Decatur clinic. This role will be full-time, 32-37 hours per week, benefits included.  A Beacon of Hope will provide the training required for this role plus provide opportunity for this individual to receive certification in Limited Ultrasound. Summit Counseling Center

The Summit Counseling Center is a non-profit counseling center in North Fulton County, GA. With a staff of 24 mental health professionals, the Summit currently has 9 locations: the main office is located in Johns Creek and 8 satellites are located throughout North Fulton. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to join our growing Operations/Administrative Team at the main office located at 2750 Old Alabama Road, Johns Creek, GA. All candidates must be committed to the Summit Counseling Center’s Mission, Vision and Values of caring for and providing high quality comprehensive outpatient mental health services to our community through an engaging and collaborative culture.

Part-time Bookkeeping Position
Knowledge of the medical posting and collection processes is highly desirable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Processing charges and payments, daily balancing, facilitating bank deposits, preparing bi-monthly revenue information for payroll process.

Hours: 2-4 hours in the morning Monday-Friday

Qualifications: 3 years minimum of bookkeeping and accounting experience

Salary: Negotiable with experience

Part-time Front Office Position(s)
Knowledge of the medical scheduling and administrative processes is highly desirable. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Securing and scheduling new clients, processing client paperwork, overseeing therapists’ schedules, posting charges and payments, scheduling clients, administrative duties for therapists and leadership team.

Hours: Part-time (approx. 25 hours) Monday-Saturday. Schedules fluctuate to cover office hours 7:45am – 9:30pm Monday–Friday and 8:45am–1:15pm on Saturday.

Qualifications: 2 years minimum of administrative and/or customer service experience

Salary: Negotiable with experience
