Mount Pisgah Children’s Ministry’s mission is to lead children and equip their parents to teach their children to love God, love people and grow in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Welcome to Children’s Ministry at Mount Pisgah UMC. We are glad that you are visiting our web site and hope you find all the information that you need for you and your family.

On Sunday mornings at Mount Pisgah we offer both a small group option at 9:30am and a worship experience at 11:00am for kids K-5th. With our small group model of committed leaders pouring into your child for an entire year and beyond, we have seen the impact it is making in the lives of our children, their families, and the leaders, too! With a worship service designed with your child and family in mind, we have created an environment where we believe the Bible is never boring, worship is interactive and fun, and the message sticks!

Our desire is that every child who is a part of our programs will know these three things and be able to apply them throughout life:

I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

At Mount Pisgah we want to engage, equip, and encourage families to partner with us to make a bigger impact on the next generation. We do this by coming alongside parents and serving together. We believe that when the two influences of the church and home are combined the impact will be greater, and we will end up with kids who have authentic faith at church, at home, and in their communities.

We connect church and the family at home through several online resources. Our monthly newsletter (enter your email and click "Go" in the yellow box at right)…weekly God time cards…Song of the month...and a Monthly Parent Cue.
