Mount Pisgah UMC, located in Johns Creek, GA, is currently seeking a part-time contractor as the Student Worship Leader. Working hours schedule for this position is as follows: 7:45 am-12:15 pm, Sundays; 3:00 pm-8:00 pm on Sundays or Wednesdays; 2 hours per week flex-hours. The contract period is from August 2013 – June 2014. The position responsibility is to support the mission of Mount Pisgah by performing as the Worship Leader for the Student Life Ministry. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a band, training younger musicians, schedule and leading practices and recruitment of new leaders. Some administrative duties will be required. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to organize and manage time, have a warm, professional appearance and attitude and a relationship with Christ. This position responsibility is to support the mission of Mount Pisgah by answering the main line of Mount Pisgah UMC and assist other ministry areas as needed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years administrative and financial experience, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, F1 experience a plus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a warm, professional appearance and attitude. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Adobe Production Premium CS6 or similar professional video editing suite, Motion Graphics, Microsoft Office, ProPresenter 5, LIVE Video Switching/Directing and General Production knowledge (Lighting/Sound/Rigging).
